Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete.
Once an order has been shipped:

A tracking number will be provided via email

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control
An order is considered successfully delivered when the carrier’s tracking information shows a status of Delivered to the provided address.
nutriEffect is not responsible for:

Orders marked as delivered but claimed as not received

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer

Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors
Tracking and delivery confirmation are used as conclusive proof of delivery for PayPal, Stripe, and card issuer disputes.
For all shipping methods (2 day, Standard and Economy) we have a goal of shipping out within 24 hours excl weekends (can be delayed by the weekend sometimes).
Once the orders ship out they are expected to arrive in the following timeframes:
- 2 day: 2 days after ship out
- Standard: 3-5 working days after ship out
- Economy: 5-8 working days after ship out
