Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
All orders placed on nutriEffect are processed automatically immediately after checkout.
Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once they have been placed, under any circumstances.
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to this policy and confirm that all order details are correct at the time of checkout.
Shipping & Delivery Confirmation
We provide tracking information for all shipped orders.
An order is considered successfully delivered when:

The carrier’s tracking status shows Delivered, and
-
Delivery is confirmed to the shipping address provided at checkout
nutriEffect is not responsible for:

Orders marked as delivered but claimed as not received

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control
Delivery confirmation and tracking records are used as conclusive proof of delivery in PayPal, Stripe, and card disputes.
Returns
Returns are accepted only after delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:

A return request must be submitted within [30 days] of delivery

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Returns that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened, used, or tampered products

Custom or promotional bundles

Items marked as Final Sale
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed

Processing time may vary depending on PayPal, Stripe, banks, or card issuers
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Claims submitted after 7 days or without the required documentation may be denied.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with PayPal, Stripe, or your card issuer, you agree to contact nutriEffect at customerservice@nutri-effect.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Disputes that contradict this policy may be challenged using:

This policy as binding evidence
Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in denied refunds and restriction from future purchases.
